Refund & Exchange Policy

When you're entitled to a refund or replacement — and how we handle exceptional cases.

01The basic rule

Digital gift card codes and USDT are final products. Once a code is delivered to your registered WhatsApp number or email, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund — except in the exceptional cases listed below.

02Cases eligible for a full refund

**Invalid or already-redeemed code:** if the code you received doesn't work or was previously redeemed elsewhere, we provide a free replacement code or refund the full amount within 7 business days.

**Technical fault on our side:** if delivery is delayed by more than 48 hours due to a fault in our system, you are entitled to a full refund.

**Payment captured but no code delivered:** if the amount was charged but no code arrived, the refund is processed automatically within 5–14 business days depending on your bank.

**Duplicate charge:** if a charge is duplicated due to a technical error, the duplicate is refunded after verification.

03Cases NOT eligible for a refund

After the code has been delivered and opened or redeemed — even if a third party claims to have used it.

Wrong email or phone number entered by the customer (we'll help where possible to retrieve the code).

Changes to the policies of the issuing platform (Apple, Sony, Microsoft, etc.) after purchase.

USDT trades after the transfer is confirmed via Binance or Bybit — once executed, the trade cannot be reversed.

Cryptocurrency price movement after execution.

04How to file a refund request

Contact us via WhatsApp from the support link on the site, or email info@tether.sa, within 7 days of the order date.

Include the order ID (starts with #) and a screenshot showing the issue (e.g. the error message from the issuing platform).

We review every request manually within 1–3 business days and respond with a final decision.

05Refund method

**Via card (Mada/Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay):** refunded to the same card via the Moyasar gateway. Arrives within 5–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.

**Store credit:** at your request, we can convert the amount into store credit usable instantly on another order (skipping the 5–14 day bank wait).

We do not refund in cash or via direct bank transfer.

06Exchanges

If you change your mind and want a card of a different denomination before using the original code, contact us immediately and do NOT open the code — we'll attempt to exchange it for another code of the same or different value (with the price difference settled).

Once the code is opened or redeemed, exchange is not possible.

07Your legal rights

This policy does not waive the rights granted to you under Saudi e-commerce law. For full consumer rights, refer to the Ministry of Commerce website.
