How to Redeem an Xbox Code (Console & Web)

An Xbox code is 25 characters and redeems three ways, all tied to one Microsoft account: on your console, in the Xbox app on Windows, or at xbox.com/redeem. The balance is added instantly. Make sure you're signed in to the correct account before redeeming — it can't be moved afterward.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Store.
2. Press the View button to open the side menu, then select Redeem.
3. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and follow the prompts.

• Windows: open the Microsoft Store, select your account top-right, choose Redeem code, and enter the code.
